Description
10 and 12 Church Street is a pair of houses that have been converted into two shops and flats. They were built in the early 19th century and altered in the 20th century. The buildings are constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and feature a hipped roof made of concrete and pantiles.
The exterior consists of three storeys with a three-bay front that has a moulded fascia. On the ground floor, there are two 20th-century shop fronts. The first floor has two glazing bar sash windows with splayed stucco lintels, and to the left, there is a 20th-century three-light casement window with a segmental head. The second floor has similar windows, but with two smaller sashes. At the rear, the buildings have a pantile roof and additional glazing bar sashes with segmental heads. The interior has not been inspected.
