Description
These are a pair of houses located on Skirbeck Road, Boston, dating to the late 18th century with alterations in the 20th century. The houses are constructed of red/brown brick in English bond, with some rendered areas, and have a hipped roof covered in Welsh slate, featuring a moulded eaves fascia. Two end wall stacks are present.
The two-storey houses have a four-bay front. The central entrance has two six-panelled doors, each with a bordered overlight, which are sheltered by open trelliswork porches with shaped lead hoods. Railings are present to the front and side openings, which lead up three steps. The ground floor has a glazing bar sash window to the left and a 20th-century casement window to the right. The first floor has two glazing bar sashes and two 20th-century casement windows. Four smaller, similarly styled windows are located on the second floor. All windows are topped with rubbed brick wedge flat arches. The interior has not been inspected.
