To ground floor 2 C19 shop fronts with narrow pilasters, fascia and cornice, that to the left with 4-lights, the other with 3. Above 2 C20 nameboards. Above 4 glazing bar openings, those to the left being fixed lights, to the right sash windows. In the gable end a C19 glazed doorway and canted bay shop window. Above a glazing bar fixed light with segmental head. Lower range to rear, on Spain Lane has 1st floor band. To right a blocked doorway and to left a tripartite glazing bar sash with segmental head and shutters. Further left a small access doorway. Above a further tripartite sash and glazing bar sash to right. INTERIOR: retains turned baluster stair.
