Description

The Villa is a house built around 1800. It is constructed of red brick in English bond, featuring painted ashlar dressings and a slate roof with two brick gable stacks. The building has two storeys and a three-bay front. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door with a fanlight, set within a recessed semi-circular headed brick surround that has painted ashlar key and impost blocks. This entrance is flanked by single glazing bar sash windows. On the first floor, there are three similar windows, all of which have brick segmental heads. Inside, the property retains its shutters and features a stick baluster staircase with a ramped handrail.
