Description

Welland House is a house built around 1830, with alterations made in the 20th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a hipped slate roof with two tall wall stacks. The building is two stories high and has a three-bay front. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed panelled door that is flanked by Doric columns, which support a 20th-century gabled roof. On either side of the entrance are single thin glazing bar sash windows with splayed rubbed brick flat heads. The first floor also has three similar windows.
