Description

No 15 Dennis Street is a house dated 1757, built of red brick on a granite plinth, featuring a Swithland slate roof and a central brick ridge stack. The building has two storeys and a two-window range, with a raised band between the storeys and brick dentil eaves. There are five steps leading up to a plank door set in a segmental-headed recess on the right side. The ground floor has 20th-century windows with segmental heads, while the first floor features two-light horizontally-sliding sash windows with glazing bars, positioned at eaves level.
