Description
21 Lower Church Street is a building from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It features a stucco facade that is grooved to imitate masonry, with a brick cornice at the eaves. The building has three storeys and three windows, which are mostly barred sashes, except for the second floor where there are modern casements in the outer two original openings. All windows, except for the centre top floor, have dripstone moulds. The central door is flanked by pilasters and topped with a cornice and an enriched frieze. It is a six-panelled door with moulded panels and a rectangular fanlight. There is also a round-arched entrance at the rear on the south side.
