Description
These are a pair of red-brick houses dating to the earlier 19th century, situated on Lower Church Street. They have an eaves cornice and a modern tiled roof. Each house has two storeys and one window. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars; the ground floor window of number 5 has a cambered head lining, while number 7 features an early 19th-century bowed shop window with a cornice, architrave, and glazing bars. Number 5 has a six-panelled door with a cornice, pilasters, and a fanlight; number 7 has a door with a cambered head lining and a fanlight. A further entrance is located at the rear of the property, on the south side.
