Description

Pinfold Farmhouse is a circa 1800 farmhouse located on Main Road in Nether Broughton. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, with a slate roof and brick end stacks. The house follows a 2-unit plan and has a 3-window front. A central door features six panels, partial glazing, and a moulded wooden surround. The ground floor windows are 16-pane sashes with segmental-arched heads. The first-floor windows are wood mullion and transom windows, also with segmental-arched heads. All windows have painted stone sills. A two-storey wing extends to the left, characterised by a pantile roof. The interior has not been inspected.
