Description
Mill House is a house built between 1830 and 1840. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and features a 20th-century ridged tile roof with brick end stacks. The building has a double-depth plan and is two stories tall with a three-window range. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door with an overlight and a segmental-arched head. There are 16-panel sash windows on the ground and first floors to the left and right, and a 12-pane sash window in the center of the first floor, all with segmental-arched heads. The eaves are chamfered in brick. The interior has not been inspected.
