Description
Manor House Farmhouse is a farmhouse that likely dates from the late 18th century, with alterations and extensions made in the 19th century. It is constructed of rendered brick and features a slate roof with rendered brick ridge stacks. The building has a two-unit plan and is three stories high, with a three-window range. The main front faces Hecadeck Lane and includes a central four-panel, part-glazed door that has a rendered head and a straight hood above it. The ground, first, and attic floors have 19th-century horned sash windows, with rendered heads above the windows on the ground and first floors. The eaves are moulded wood, and the gables are stone-coped with kneelers. The farmhouse was extended in depth to the rear in the 19th century, which includes a two-storey wing on the rear left.
