House. Early C19, extended mid C19. Red brick, painted, hipped slate roof, brick ridge, internal and lateral stacks. Central staircase plan. 2- storey, 5-window range. Central double-leaf, panelled and part-glazed doors with overlight and flat-arched stone head with key-block, approached by 2 stone steps, in 3-bay porch. Open trellis-work porch raised on two stone steps. Wide segmental-arched opening flanked by narrower round-arched openings and curved felt roof probably replacing lead. Blank doors either side of porch with round-arched heads, imposts and key blocks. 16-pane sash windows to ground and 1st floor left and right and to 1st floor centre, 12- pane sashes to 1st floor left and right of centre, all with flat-arched heads and key blocks. 2-light cellar window to right of centre with wood lintel, plinth and projecting boxed eaves. 2-storey extension to far right, slightly set back, with similar 16-pane sashes and further, lower, 2-storey extension, set back again with 6-panel back door with overlight in trellis porch. Interior not inspected.
