Description

This early 18th-century farmhouse, now divided into two dwellings, is located on Six Hills Road in Walton on the Wolds. The building is constructed of brick with rubble gable walls and has a plain tiled roof. It is two storeys high with a basement to the left and an attic above. The plan is based on three units, with an off-centre doorway featuring an overlight and a cambered head. Windows are casements with top lights, all with cambered heads. Architectural details include a plinth, a brick band, and a moulded eaves cornice. A gable end stack is located to the right and another stack is situated between the two left-hand units.
