Description

The Manor House is a large farmhouse built in the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick and features a Swithland slate roof. The building has an L-shaped plan and stands two storeys high with an attic. The main facade consists of three bays, with a central door that has an overlight above it, flanked by windows with cambered heads. The windows are casements with top lights, although the centre window on the first floor has been replaced with a sash. There is a brick sill band and a dentilled eaves cornice, along with gable stacks. The rear wing has a two-window range with triple light casements, also featuring cambered heads.
