Description

Number 3 Rectory Place is a house that likely dates from the 18th century or early 19th century, featuring a front that spans two presumably older buildings. The exterior is finished in stucco and topped with a plain tile roof that has two heights. It has three brick ridge stacks. The house is two stories tall, double fronted, and has a three-window range. There is a projecting band between the storeys and a brick eaves cornice. The ground floor has 12-pane sash windows, while the first floor has 9-pane sash windows. The central door is topped with a bracketed canopy. There is a narrow canted link on the right side connecting it to Number 2.
