Description

No 12A on Fennel Street is a house that has been converted into offices. It was built in the early 19th century and features stucco that is scored to imitate ashlar stone. The roof is hipped and covered with Swithland slate, and there are two ridge stacks. The building is two stories high and has a double front with a range of three windows. It has an eaves cornice and a central shallow recess that extends the full height of the building, which is segmental-headed. The windows are eight-pane sash windows. The central doorway is round-headed, adorned with archivolts and a keystone, and includes a radiating fanlight above.
