Description
Quorn Country Hotel is a hotel and club that was originally a house, built in the 18th century, possibly with earlier origins. The building features whitewashed render and a Swithland slate roof, with two brick stacks at the rear. It has two and a half storeys, with a two-storey canted bay on either side of a central wooden doorcase. The door is a five-panelled design with blocked overlights and a flat canopy supported by chains. Above the door, there is a two-light casement window. The roof includes three hipped dormers with four panes each. A raised band runs between the storeys. The hotel has large extensions at the rear and right side.
