Description

The Croft is a house dating from the late 18th century, located on the north side of Soar Road in Quorn. It is constructed of red brick and features a Welsh slate roof with brick stacks at both ends. The building stands three storeys tall and has four sash windows; the second floor has 3/3 panes, while the other floors have 6/6 panes. Notable architectural details include sill bands, an eaves cornice, and a narrow front parapet. The entrance is marked by a wooden doorcase positioned to the right, which has a broken pediment above a six-panelled door with a fanlight. There is a one-storey extension on the left end and a wing at the rear.
