Description

This is a late 19th-century brick kiln located in Ticknall, off Main Street. It is built of red brick and has a rectangular shape, measuring approximately 20 feet by 30 feet. At the south end, there is a round-arched entrance. The long sides feature a row of eight round-arched fireholes. The north end also has an entrance, but the arch has collapsed. The kiln does not have a roof.
