Description
The premises occupied by the Slinn Computer Group, formerly listed as a health clinic, is a house built in 1806. It features regularly coursed squared coal measures sandstone with ashlar dressings, bracketed eaves, and wide ashlar gable stacks with cornices, topped by a Welsh slated roof. The south elevation has three storeys and three bays, with glazing bar sash windows that have three by three panes, set in plain stone frames. This arrangement flanks a central round-headed doorway that includes a traceried cast iron fanlight and a six-panelled door. The rear elevation contains four sash windows and five tripartite casements with glazing bars, all in plain architraves. Notably, the central sash window on the second floor has a semi-circular arched head and bears the inscription 'A JOSEPHO TAYLOR EXTRUCTA AD 1804'. To the west, there is a lower two-storey, two-bay range that features additional sashes and casements.
