Description

Phoside Farmhouse is a farmhouse dated 1784, constructed from coursed gritstone with flush dressings and quoins, topped with a stone slate roof and featuring stone gable end stacks. The building is two storeys high and has a double fronted design. The east elevation includes a central quoined doorcase that holds a 19th-century glazed and panelled door, with a rectangular fanlight above. Flanking the door are two-light flush mullion windows. Above the door is a central Venetian window, with two-light flush mullion windows on either side. All windows are fitted with single pane casements.
