Description

Village stocks dating to the 18th century and later. The stocks are constructed from gritstone and timber. They comprise gritstone side uprights featuring deep grooves for the timber supports. Four timbers are present, each with two sets of holes designed to secure arms and legs. A small wooden bench is attached to the south side.
