Description

Hollins Wood Cottages is a late 18th-century farmhouse that has been converted into a house. It is constructed from coursed gritstone with gritstone dressings and features a stone slate roof, along with stone gable end and ridge stacks. The building is two storeys high.

On the south elevation, there are three-light flush mullion windows with single pane casements on either side of a doorcase that has a quoined surround. The door is a 20th-century panelled design. To the east, there is a similar door with a margin light sash beyond it. Above, the windows are arranged in the same way, but the mullioned windows have fixed small pane windows with central four-pane casements.
