No. 13 North Street is a house built in the late 18th century, located behind No. 14 North Street and noted on the Tithe Map of 1841. The building is constructed of coursed rubble and features a tiled roof. It has an irregular three-window, two-storey layout. The first-floor windows are fitted with 20th-century casements, while the ground-floor windows have been enlarged and include top-openers. There are also two doorways, each with part-glazed doors.
