Description

Yew Tree Farm Farmhouse, dated 1623, is constructed of coursed stone rubble and features two storeys and an attic with an irregular plan. The gabled front includes a later mullioned window set in a chamfered reveal, along with an inset panel that displays the date. On the east side, there is a small gable featuring one window in a moulded reveal with a cornice, and to the left, a two-light mullioned window. Below this is a later single-storeyed addition with a pentice roof. The gable is coped and topped with obelisk finials that have small ball-heads, and the roof is tiled. Additionally, there is a later single-storeyed addition on the west side.
