Description

The former Malt House of Matlock Mill is a building from the mid-18th century, constructed from coursed stone rubble. It stands three stories tall, with the ground floor elevated. On the west side, the end bay features one sash window with a plain surround, while the other bays are obscured by a modern lean-to structure. The building has moulded stone eaves and coped end gables with kneelers, topped with a slate roof. It is part of a group that includes St Andrew's House and Matlock Mill.
