Description

School House is a house dating from the mid-18th century, with alterations made in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of red brick featuring burnt brick headers and has a plain tile roof with a large central chimney stack. The building is a single storey plus attics and has a brick band at the first floor level. The west elevation has two bays and includes a central gabled brick porch from the 19th century. On either side of the porch are 2-light casement windows; the window on the right has a segment head, while the one on the left features a wedge brick lintel. Above, there are two gabled dormers.
