It stands three storeys high and features five windows, each with gauged flat brick arches. A moulded stone cornice is present on the second floor. The entrance has a stuccoed doorcase framed by a moulded architrave, complete with pediments supported by consoles and steps leading up to it. The basement is stone-faced and has arched lights.
