Description

Park View is a late 18th-century building constructed of red brick. It features a parapet with stone coping and a very heavy moulded wood cornice. The structure is two storeys high and has one window. There is a canted bay with sash windows that includes a glazing bay over both storeys, and a moulded wood cornice above the ground floor bay. The entrance door has eight fielded panels with bolection moulding and is topped by an arched fanlight with radial glazing bars, a keyblock, and an impost. Park View is part of a group that includes Nos 23 to 28, which are consecutive.
