Description

Southend House is a large 18th-century stuccoed house located at right angles to the road. It features a slate hipped roof and a heavy modillioned cornice. The building stands three storeys tall and has three windows, with sash windows that include glazing bars; the outer windows have three lights, while the central window on the second floor is a casement. The porch is adorned with a heavy dentilled frieze, cornice, and reeded columns. Southend House and No 30 form a group.
