Cottage of c1700 and C19. Coursed rubble stone, and painted brick with thatch and slate roof and brick central ridge and end stacks. 1½ and 2 storeys of casements with wooden lintels. Earlier range to left with 3 2-light dormers over 2-light, 3-light, low wide door, and 2-light sliding sash. To right a range with stone ground floor and brick upper. A 3-light centre opening casement both floors. Stone gable end. To rear of this range a further 1½ storey wing with renewed 2-light casements, and dormers and a C20 stack. On left end of cottage a 1st floor 2-light casement. Chamfered beams, inglenook and hood inside.
