Description
The Old Farm and numbers 31 to 35 form a group of late 18th or early 19th century houses and farm buildings. The buildings are constructed of red brick with two and three storeys, featuring sash and casement windows, and a single canted oriel, most without glazing bars. Doorways have been altered; the doorway to number 31 has a plain, rectangular fanlight and cornice hood supported by brackets, with stone steps leading up to it from the side. The Old Farm itself has a plain side with three casement windows, and two windows on the return side. A stone base extends to the left of number 31. The roofs are covered with slates and tiles. A segmental-headed carriage arch is located on the left-hand side of number 31. The range is modest but visually significant.
