Description

Prospect House is a late 18th-century brick house located on Park Road in Spondon. The house is two storeys high and has four sash windows, with the window on the right-hand side of the lower level being a later addition. A moulded wooden doorcase with a plain rectangular fanlight and a flush-panelled door are present. The building features a modillion cornice and a blocking course. A canted bay window is located at one end of the building.
