The Grange is a 16th-century building located on the south side of Park Road in Spondon. It has undergone significant alterations and restoration. The structure is timber-framed with square panels, featuring a black and white color scheme. It consists of one storey and an attic, and has modern leaded casement windows. The entrance includes a plain doorway with a cambered head and a facsimile oak door. The roof is covered with old tiles.
