Description

Capel House is a 16th-century building located on the south side of Wycombe End in Beaconsfield. It features a timber-framed structure with brick nogging and has undergone significant alterations and modernization. The west side is tile-hung, and it has an old tiled roof. The building stands two storeys tall, with the upper section projecting out, except in the centre where two long curved brackets support the eaves. The posts are adorned with a moulded pilaster and an embattled cap, while a carved corner post is partly concealed by the wall.
