Description

Holly House is a late 18th-century building located on the north side of Park Road in Spondon. It is constructed of red brick and has two storeys. The façade features three two-light windows with stone mullions and plain stone surrounds, along with cast iron lights that have lozenge-pattern glazing. There is a later doorway and a brick gabled porch, as well as modillion eaves and gabled ends. The roof is tiled.
