Formerly Bond Terrace, now renamed for German twin town. Early-mid C19 terrace of four houses, thoroughly restored. Each three-storeys, two windows. Red brick with fairly low pitched slated roof. Renewed wood eaves cornice, second floor sash windows with glazing bars. First floor long casements, with transoms and margin lights, opening to a full width ornamental cast iron balcony. Outer houses project slightly. Banded rusticated stuccoed ground floor. Four modern steps to doors of two long panels, with oblong fanlights, well set back in plain reveals. Similar reveals to sash windows.
