Outbuilding approx 20m SE of Cocker Hill Farmhouse. Mid C18. Coursed squared gritstone, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Quoins. Stable/cattle shed entrance right, first-floor hay loft/granary entrance with tie-stone jambs centre, reached by a double flight of external stone steps, the base of which has a tall doorway with plain lintel, probably a dog kennel. Plain stone surrounds to small square windows, left and right. Short chimney stack right gable end. INTERIOR: not inspected.
