Description

No 88 Radcliffe Road is a weaver's cottage dating from the early to mid 19th century. It is constructed of hammer-dressed stone and features a pitched stone slate roof that has been bitumenised. The building stands two storeys tall. On the west elevation, the ground floor has a six-light stone mullioned window, while the first floor originally had an eight-light stone mullioned window, although some of the alternate mullions have been removed. This cottage is included in the listing for its group value with other nearby structures.
