Description

This is an early 19th-century building constructed of narrow, hammer-dressed stone with quoins. It has a pitched roof covered in stone slate. The building is two storeys high, with a three-storey return to the rear. The south-east elevation features a doorway with a stone surround and tie-stones at ground floor level. There is a recessed four-light stone mullioned window at ground floor level, and a recessed five-light stone mullioned window above. On the north-west elevation, the ground floor has a central doorway with a stone surround. A three-light stone mullioned window is blocked up on the first floor, and a three-light stone mullioned window is visible on the second floor. A single-storey stone extension with an asbestos roof is also present. The building is included on the list for group value.
