It stands two storeys tall and has a moulded eaves cornice. There is a blocking course that is pediment-shaped over the central two bays, adorned with a sculpted wreath. The terrace has seven ranges of sash windows, with the ground floor windows featuring moulded surrounds and pediment-shaped blocking courses; this includes two tripartite and three bipartite windows.
