Description

Roseneath is a mid-19th century building located on the west side of Luther Place in Edgerton. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone with ashlar dressings and features a pitched slate roof with coped gables on kneelers. The building has two storeys and attics, and includes a two-storey canted bay that has two-centred arched lights, blind traceried panels between the storeys, and a coved cornice. The gable end displays a two-centred arched sash window with a hoodmould. On the east side, there are various chamfered mullioned windows with hoodmoulds, along with one projecting gabled wing.
