Description

Edgerton Villa, located on Edgerton Road, is a mid-19th century building constructed from hammer-dressed stone with ashlar dressings. It features a pitched slate roof with coped gable ends and stands two storeys tall. The villa has a moulded eaves cornice and a blocking course, along with rusticated quoins. The façade includes three ranges of sash windows, and there is a canted bay window on the ground floor that has a moulded cornice and a blocking course. The entrance door is flanked by two Tuscan pilasters and is topped with a full entablature and a blocking course.
