Description

Sunny Bank is a mid-19th century building located on Cleveland Road in Edgerton. It is constructed of ashlar stone and features a hipped slate roof. The building has two storeys and is adorned with a moulded eaves cornice and a blocking course. There is a band that runs across the facade, which includes seven ranges of sash windows. The entrance is marked by two doors that have fielded panels, panelled pilasters, roundels at the capitals, and a cornice above.
