Description

Nos 37-41 on Spring Street, dating from the early to mid 19th century, are constructed from ashlar with a pitched slate roof and stand two storeys tall. They feature a moulded eaves cornice, a blocking course, and a band. Each building has two ranges of sash windows. The doors of Nos 37 and 41 have moulded panels, while No 39 has a door with four sunk panels and a semi-circular fanlight that includes glazing bars, moulded voussoirs, and imposts. Additionally, there are cast iron railings with spear finials.
