SE 11 SE THE VILLAGE Thurstonland 5/133 Principal barn 50 yards 10th December 1980 to SW of Upper Fold Farmhouse (Formerly listed as G.V. II Principal Barn at Upper Fold Farm)

Former barn now being converted to a dwelling. C17. Thinly coursed rubble. Quoins. Stone slate roof (turned). Former square-headed east entry to both sides, now part blocked. Two small doorways with deep lintel and chamfered reveals.

Interior of 4 bays with 3 king-post trusses with struts, braced to jowelled posts. Wind bracing. Braced aisle ties but no aisle posts.
