Description

The summer house, dated 1762 and initialled J G, is located 25 meters east of Number 3 Ewood Court in Mytholmroyd. It is constructed from dressed stone with raised ashlar quoins and features a stone slate roof. The building is square in shape and has a hipped roof. A semi-circular arched doorway is adorned with an inscribed keystone and a moulded impost. Additionally, there is a cyma moulded eaves cornice. This summer house is associated with the earlier house at Ewood Court.
