Description

This barn, located 5 meters north of number 6 Lane Head, dates from the early 18th century. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and features a stone slate roof. The building has quoins and a semi-circular cart entry that includes an expressed keystone and moulded impost. There are mistal doorways at either end and rectangular ventilators. Inside, the barn has a 5-bay layout with a softwood queen-post roof.
