House dated 1820 with added barn initialled and dated "1 8 5 0 ". Hammer- W S dressed stone, stone slate roof. 2 storeys. Barn to left has higher roof line than house. Basket arched cart entry with simple Venetian window over the lintel bearing date. Mistal door to left altered to form window. House has 2 bays of flat faced mullioned windows. Doorway has dated lintel and jambs with sill tie to left of 5-light window with 6-light window over to 1st floor; 2-light window with 3-light window over to 1st floor. Right hand return wall has quoins, coped gable with watershot masonry; 2-light window to 1st floor. Single stack to ridge.
