Milestone. C19. Single stone with cast iron face. Archedhead reads 'ELLAND AND BRIGHOUSE ROAD, ELLAND' The left of 2 angled faces reads 'ELLAND 3/4 MILE'; right reads 'WAKEFIELD 15 3/4 MILES, DEWSBURY 10 MILES'. On a turnpike road of the former 'Leeds and Elland Trust'.
